Karol has been an entertainment industry analyst and consultant for nearly a decade. He is a co-founder of MIDiA Research where he acts as strategy director and heads up the games coverage area.

Over the years, Karol has been delivering critical research, analysis and strategic insight to global games companies, major record labels, DSPs, leading social media and video platforms, as well as the tech majors and financial institutions. Prior to MIDiA Research, he gained experience at consulting firm and as a live music and A&R startup founder.
