With 13 years marketing experience in consumer electronics and gaming industries yet a lifelong passion for music, in 2017, Grace Puluczek took over the direction of BalconyTV Madrid and started a music consultancy company: 3Notes–offering tailor made services for artists, labels, festivals and export offices including management, PR, pitching, sync rep, conference organisation, digital marketing and branding.

She was part of the organisation of the Future Echoes Showcase Festival in Sweden in 2021 as Head European Coordinator and Booker as well as Partnerships consultant for the Balearic export office for the last 2 years. Since 2022, Grace is part time faculty at Berklee Valencia teaching Music Brands and Partnerships, Artist as a Startup, Music Publishing, Marketing and Business Communication.
