At Music Industry City’s Future Music Forum, we believe in giving you the opportunity to be heard by new fans and key industry players that can help advance your career.
How do we choose performers?
  • Obviously geography plays a part, the FMF cannot cover international travel.
  • We look for originality, fan engagement, and of course, how great your music is
  • We accept music from all genres
How to Apply
  • Please fill out the form as accurately as possible
  • Let us know what makes you stand out from others
  • We review applications on a rolling basis
  • Applications close June 30th
  • We will announce our final line up end of August
Successful Applicants
  • Every FMF performer will receive an Artist access pass to all FMF events throughout the week
  • Please note that we are unable to cover international travel/lodging

Postponement of Future Music Forum Barcelona

We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, the highly anticipated 13th edition of the Future Music Forum Barcelona, originally scheduled to take place in Barcelona from Sept 25th-27th, 2024, will be postponed. This decision was not made lightly, as we understand the excitement and preparation that has gone into this event from attendees, speakers, and sponsors alike.

Recent developments have made it clear that proceeding with the conference as planned would not be in the best interest of our community. We are currently working diligently to secure new dates for 2025 and will announce them as soon as possible.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your understanding and patience during this time. Our team is committed to delivering the exceptional experience you have come to expect from the FMF. We believe that by postponing, we can better ensure an innovative and enriching event for everyone involved.

All purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates or reimbursed.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and appreciate your continued support. We are optimistic that with your support, the rescheduled conference will be a phenomenal success, bringing together the brightest minds in music and technology in a safe and inspiring setting.
