Head of Research: AudienceNet
Audiencenet. “The relationship between music and positive mental health”
AudienceNet is a full-service consumer and social research agency with offices in London, Washington D.C. and Melbourne, that utilizes state-of-the art connected technologies to conduct representative research across the globe. We cover a range of sectors but have built a reputation as specialists in music and entertainment, working with major labels, distributors, technology companies and artists themselves.
We have a particular interest in exploring how music can have a positive social impact, such as through bringing communities together, raising awareness of social issues and also on an individual level. This year we are looking in more depth at the relationship between music and positive mental health, which will be the focus of our presentation at FMF. We will cover topics such as the role music plays in helping people navigate challenging personal circumstances, its impact on reducing stress and anxiety, and the genres and artists they find most effective.
