Marta Antunez
Director, Wayra Barcelona
Marta is passionate about technology, innovation and startups. Engineer from the UPC and MBA from INSEAD, she combines experience in large corporations, in consulting as an entrepreneur and as an investor in startups.
Marta has been closely linked to the startup ecosystem for 10 years. She has been involved as a co-founder and member of the management team of 3 startups and as an advisor and mentor to multiple companies.
In January 2020, she joined Wayra, Telefónica’s Open Innovation area, as director of the Barcelona hub. At Wayra, Marta invests in startups that can bring innovation to the group and helps them scale by connecting them with the potential millions of Telefónica customers.
